Yellow Messenger, an enterprise AI Channel for customer engagement, has raised $20 million in Series B funding, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Lightspeed India Partners. The startup was founded by Raghu Ravinutala in 2016.
The startup will utilize these funds to further enhance its product innovation, expanding enterprise integrations, and launching a developer marketplace for virtual assistants.
Earlier, it had raised $4 million in Series A funding round in 2019.
In a media statement, Raghavendra Kumar Ravinutala, chief executive officer and Co-Founder of Yellow Messenger said,
