Who is most likely to get a cheap condo, an investor who checks MLS listings and calls it a day, or one who uses ten resources? Here are ten ways discussed below:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Talk<\/strong>: Let people know that you are looking for and sometimes the properties will come to you. There are a lot of homeowners who want to sell but have not yet put their property up for sale.<\/li><li><strong>Use the Internet:<\/strong> Go to a search engine and enter the type of property you are looking for, as well as the city in which you want to invest.
