Ravinder Kaur founded Mind Vision in the year 1999. It is the one-stop online solution for people worldwide who want to enhance their language skills or require Career Counselling, need the motivation to do better, or go abroad for study/work.

During this journey of Mind Vision, there is an incident worth sharing, i.e., In 2007, around six professors came from Libya (North Africa) to India for their Ph.D. They did not know the English language then, but to our very surprise, the Mind Vision team taught them English without any medium language. Within six months, Professors learned the English language, and then they could complete their Ph.D. program.
How it all started?
She used to love teaching from her childhood as her teachers inspired her the most and started her career by teaching language at English Academy, Indore. She was there for 3-4 years as a language teacher.
Then she got married in Punjab, and a significant shift to her career took place. She started her venture named Mind Vision in 1999, where she took language classes.
During this whole journey of Mind Vision till now, her husband played a vital role. He proved to be her strength over this entire journey of Mind Vision.
He is one of the senior team members in Mind Vision, having 22 years of teaching experience.
He added a feather in the cap of his knowledge by working with all kinds of students, doctors, engineers, army officers, professors, school teachers, etc.
